Brief History

The Apostles’ Continuation Church International is regarded as part of the body of Christ that traces its origin to the ministry of late Apostle Emmanuel Kwadwo Owusu and eight other members in 1980. It began at Duayaw-Nkwanta, Ghana/West Africa where Jesus Christ is the Head.
Since the church commenced at Duayaw Nkwanta, it was agreed that the headquarters should forever be at Duayaw-Nkwanta with the exception of regional and district offices in Ghana and other Africa countries. These should be opened for transmission of accounts/Administration purposes. Currently the church is under the able leadership of Apostle Clement Brakatu (Chairman) since March, 2003 to date.

By the grace of God, The Apostle’s Continuation Church has established churches in countries such as Great Britain, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Belgium and Spain. The church also serves Canada and Unites State of America. As a result, regional headquarters can be found all over Europe and North America

The main aims and objectives of the church are to study the word, practice, and to go to the other part of the world to preach the Gospel to every creature. Whoever believe shall be baptized as commanded in the Holy Scripture by the Lord Jesus Christ. Mark 16:15 and 18. The church believes in miracles, signs and wonders which are usually seen in believers of Jesus Christ.
